ADAPT ZX TACH TO RS?

Non digital ZX tach? They are two wires, ground wire and pulse wire. Match up off the RS harness usually an auxiliary power supply and that's it.
Just because you have a wrap on your sled doesn't mean you have a mod sled.

So on the rs is it the 2 white wires with the blue(i think) tracer and the orange tracer (i think?
pretty clear on the zx tach

Off hand I don't know the color coding on the RS models on the 440s it was yellow and yellow/black same as the tach.
Just because you have a wrap on your sled doesn't mean you have a mod sled.

It's two wires yellow and yellow black. I'm trying the same thing on my race sled, but when I hook up the wires , the tach works fine at idle but when you get past 4 or 5 thousand rpm it quits working. ?????
Anyone have a fix?
