Who owns our national parks in the US?

Under the United Nations Biodiversity Treaty, a precious resource owned by American citizens for over 200 years has now turned jurisdiction over to the UN for control. Moreover, yes, you, will continue to pay taxes for the maintenance and upkeep. However, we as a nation will no longer own it. Now, the UN has ultimate jurisdiction.
If you have noticed across America, our parks and wilderness areas are slowly being closed to the public, coincidence?
Is it just happenstance that hiking trails are being barricaded?” No hunting,” No fishing," and “No Trespassing” signs are going up. Higher entry fees, why, to keep American families out of their own lands?
Additionally, research “Fourth World Wilderness Congress” and “World Conservation Bank.”
The United Nations World Commission on Environment and Development was created in 1982. The commission published the “Brundtland Report” setting the stage for unlimited enactments to take over ecology, and environmental and pollution laws throughout the world.
Study the “Brundtland Report” a portion of which reads,“We will have a proposal for very harsh, quasi-spiritual ecological laws for Mother Earth. A Mother Earth Comes First mentality will arise throughout the world.

There was a Chemistry professor in a large college that had some Exchange Students in the class. One day while the class was in the lab the Prof noticed one young man (exchange student) who kept rubbing his back and stretching as if his back hurt.
The professor asked the young man what was the matter. The student told him he had a bullet lodged in his back. He had been shot while fighting communists in his native country who were trying to overthrow his country's government and install a new communist government.
In the midst of his story he looked at the professor and asked a strange question. He asked, "Do you know how to catch wild pigs?"
The professor thought it was a joke and asked for the punch line.
The young man said this was no joke. "You catch wild pigs by finding a suitable place in the woods and putting corn on the ground. The pigs find it and begin to come everyday to eat the free corn. When they are used to coming every day, you put a Fence down one side of the place where they are used to coming. When they get used to the fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another side of the fence. They get used to that and start to eat again You continue until you have all four sides of the fence up with a gate in the last side. The pigs, who are used to the free corn, start to come through the gate to eat, you slam the gate on them and catch the whole herd.
Suddenly the wild pigs have lost their freedom. They run around and around inside the fence, but they are caught. Soon they go back to eating the free corn. They are so used to it that they have forgotten how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they accept their captivity."
The young man then told the professor that is exactly what he sees happening to America. The government keeps pushing us toward Communism/socialism and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of programs such as supplemental income, tax credit for unearned income, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies, payments not to plant crops (CRP), welfare, medicine, drugs, Obaba Care, etc. While we continually lose our freedoms-just A little at a time.
One should always remember "There is no such thing as a free Lunch!"
Also, "You can never hire someone to provide a service for you Cheaper than you can do it yourself.
Also, if you see that all of this wonderful government "help" is a problem confronting the future of democracy in America, you might want to send this on to your friends. If you think the free ride is essential to your way of life then you will probably delete this, but God help you when the gate slams shut!

That being said, if I ever see UN peacekeepers patrolling the snowmobile trails, they'll probably have about as much of an effect on my riding habits as the DNR and USFS do. (Pin it, don't look back.

My parents are out in Wyoming and the same seams to be happening. I was raised in the Austin area and its happening big time in Texas. Our family farm is now "in town". When I was in High School it was an hour to town.
As far as allowing sleds into parks. I would like to see more but sometimes I think people forget that right to use also comes with the responsibility to leave it undamaged for future generations.
I wouldn't call myself a environmentalist but having lived in Ningbo China for 2 years I understand how important clean air, water, and open spaces are.

It does seem like there's some states (more out west) where public lands are being messed with, IMHO more by rich environmentalists than by the UN, but honestly I feel lucky to live in MI. Since I was a kid, I've seen snowmobiles and ORVs get more access to public lands, not less. When I first started snowmobiling, it was technically illegal to ride a snowmobile on the side of the road in my county, and the thought of letting un-plated bikes and quads ride down the side of the road legally seemed like a pipe dream. Now most counties where I ride allow bikes and sleds and quads. They also recently blocked an effort ban snowmobiling in the federal land in the western LP. (I'm not sure if the UN was behind this plot, but all it took was a few chamber of commerce members to stop it...) There's just too much money in it, they're not going to shut it down.
That being said, if I ever see UN peacekeepers patrolling the snowmobile trails, they'll probably have about as much of an effect on my riding habits as the DNR and USFS do. (Pin it, don't look back.)
Yeah those public land swap deals are criminal. Someone needs to backhand those Koch bros.

snopes has nothing on it, but out of pure stupidity I am calling b.s. on this one.Is this part of the reason why we are losing more and more places to ride?

For some reason the mainstream media does not talk about this at all.
1) The International Criminal Court
2)The Law of the Sea Treaty
3)Small Arms Treaty
4)U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child
Where our national parks fall is not apparent in these treaties buy nothing would surprise me.

Everyday new laws are passed that further limit or personal freedoms. John Stossel interviewed a legislator. I don't know who he was as I caught only the tail end of the conversation. He was proud to say how his office was very active at passing more legislation.Stossel asked "have you ever repealed a law?? He said, no never...

Forest service can not use anything with a motor to get rid of them. Can't even fly a helicopter over the cabin. But yet they can blow up everything with explosives..........before the bears can get to them. What have we let ourselves get too?
