This kit is to extend a 137" renegade XR or XP to 146" It includes:

A black powder coated tunnel extension custom cut and fit for use with a 146" heat exchanger
A 146" summit heat exchanger in PERFECT condition on bottom
The rear heat exchanger cover
Brand new Summit Rear Bumper in Black

The kit was used this winter on a 2012 Gade x XR as a Custom sled of which 3 were converted. this one has been returned to 137" to be sold. The heat exchanger is required because of the tail on the 137" XR 1200 heat exchanger. This is a tested and proven setup on the three sleds with over 4000 combined miles. I have pictures of the sled with it installed for anyone interested....

This is a custom fabricated front towing bumper for a Ski Doo XR. These were built for Cain's Quest and were tested accordingly. They tie into the existing bumper location and have a stiffner that runs down exterior belly pan to bolt through, and two stiffners that bolt to the upper pyramid shock tower The bumper also includes a towing eye. The bumper is made from solid aluminum, and the stiffners are made from Stainless steel.

The other sled with this same bumper was towed over 100 miles pinned directly to a rear pintle hook of another XR.
