Asphalt season is upon us. NHRA PS1000 has a race under their belt. The Amsnow outlaw series first race is coming up on Saturday may 5th at US131 raceway in Martin MI.

I'm working on finishing up my 98 Mach z so I can run some brackets at Milan dragway Maybe some index and then of course the Amsnow shootout. What are you guys running or working on? I'll throw up some pics of my turd when I get a chance. Can't wait to get out testing.

Just picked up a roller last weekend and I have everything but a set of pipes for it. I have no idea what class I'll run but it'll be a Ceank Shop 800 motor with 47.4 round slides.

Let's face it...most of the stuff in the lounge is useless banter by the same ten or so people.

Just picked up a roller last weekend and I have everything but a set of pipes for it. I have no idea what class I'll run but it'll be a Ceank Shop 800 motor with 47.4 round slides.

What is the ZX??? Never saw that colour of belly pan before for the ZX.

My sled once again is going thru some changes for the summer, alittle behind schedule however, chassis is supposed to be done next week, motor wont be back till june......so hoping to make the columbus,oh ps1000 race then amsnow of course after a disappointing season ender for me last year (broke sled 1st rd of qualifing at amsnow) have high hopes for this year !!!

I am hoping to run my millennium mach local and at martin,should be 9s by martin,basically stock motor with rer on it.

Sweet! I Have my Chuck Walter imp800 motor I'm going to use. Older Proline 136. I have a set of bored rack carbs and a set of 44 rounds so i need to make a decision on which ones to use. Used crankshop race pipes (I call them mystery pipes) don't know if they're going to work or not lol the price was right though.

Hoping to be out by June. Waiting on my new skis from pro line and trying to find a used track. Going to try hard to get it on a dyno. Hoping i don't blow it again this year...literally

If there Improver Crankshop pipes they need too run @ 9400 RPM.

Todd...its just a roller at this point. I've got a line on some CS side exit race pipes if I can scoop them up quick enough. Need to sell some of the pipes that I have and don't use

I bought a set of CS pipes for my 809 that were supposed to be improvers but turned out to be trail pipes. I cut the head pipes an inch and it picked up. I now have a "for sure" real set of CS Improvers as well as a set of Jaws HR race pipes. Still running my 809 in the S-chassis with a 136. Just got it into the 9's at the last two races last year and looking to pick it up a bit with that motor. I am currently building a PS 1000 motor for it, even though it will still just be running brackets.. If money and time permit, hopefully ready mid summer. I still need to build heads and get pistons for it. I have finished the crank and the crankcase porting is close now, so maybe.... :D Tom
