Hope this isn’t a dump question. I have a 2011 800etec that should be getting the piston update this fall. My question is should I remove my clutch tower brace before I bring it in (I have the ts innovations brace that goes along side the motor between it and the clutch). I’m not sure how they take out the motor to do the pistons. I don’t want this to be a brace discussion. I have had great luck with the 1 I have and switched to the ARP bolts last year. Just want to know if they pull the primary off before they pull the motor.

If it is just for the piston update they probably will not even pull the motor. The brace will be in the way though but why not just let them deal with it?

Not sure if this applies here or not, but my Dealer voided my exhaust system warranty because I installed the Grip N Rip bracing (they obviously figured that I had to remove the pipe and muffler to do so, thus voiding the warranty). Surprised that they didn't void the warranty on the whole sled because I put a carbon fiber skid plate on it.
I'm waiting for my motor warranty to run out before I put any other aftermarket stuff on it.

Your dealer is a nut case.. He voided it I would find a diffrent dealer , He is out of touch.. As long as your exhaust was stock at time of service. He should of took care of it.. FIND A NEW DEALER..

Yeah no kidding. The worst part is that from what I hear the other dealer in the area is about the same way. Doing my own maintenance now.
