I run doo semi in my 08 SDI, Amsoil HP Injector in my 05 800, and Yamalube S in my 98 440 fanner. Just use a good quality oil and maintain your sleds properly and all will be good.

I run the Doo semi-syn in everything. The one sled is a SDI so i can get by with Semi. The other is carb, but Semi is good on there too. I even use it in my weed trimmer and blower just so i don't have to have 5 different gallons of oil sitting around. I tried Amsoil on our popcorn popper once. The popper cold seized! So now i run Doo Semi-syn in there too. If Doo oil was junk, they wouldn't recommend it. Ford, Chevy, Dodge......My $.02.

I've used interceptor in all my etecs without issue. I'm planning on using the brp semi synthetic in my new 600 etec 2013. Had issues with my 2012 etec and just want to be safe next yr. watching the brp video regarding the brp oils sold me. Either real good marketing or just my nervous nature. ...watch the video and decide

How bout this oil question, can I run doo semi synthetic in chainsaws, weedeaters, dirt bikes ect. So sick of ten different jugs bein around.

I won't run Klotz in a sled but I use it in all my small motors. Love the smell of a 2 stroke on Klotz!!!! Especially in the summer.
Doo the right thing because it's the right thing to Doo!!

Hormel seems to be the best from my experience. Not all bacon grease is the same, you need to check the label to make sure it has the proper USDA rating or it could void your warranty.

I run Slick 50 and Marvel Mystery Oil mixed. If I know Im really going to get nuts, Ill pour an ounce of green Monster in my oil tank for max PAH.

Just run the yellow doo oil...does it really matter?

I was hopeing to use Klotz in my new 600, but might just use the doo oil as I heard both good and bad for Klotz oil. I use it in my SRX, but was gummy for the power valves.

Baught a spair sled this year 06 500ss that had been run on amsoil went down with 5500mi piston broke, wrist pin had a .010 grove wore in it. crank was bad. Took to a dootalk sponser for rebuild and he said he never seen one that bad. So I asked him what he thought of amsoil. He said he LOVES it brings me lots of bisness. Oh ya had to pry rave valves out with 2ft pry bar. I will never run it. Have always used BRP oil. Got 15000mi on a 670 with mineral oil. SKI-DOO or DON'T

Dan

you hear good and bad for everything. If anybody thinks that the brand of oil is the sole reason that a motor goes down, then they are sorely misinformed. Klotz is good, Amsoil is good, Doo oil is good, Ipone is good, Yamalube is good, Polaris oil is good, Cat oil is good, valvoline is good, Royal purple is good, Mystik is good, Castrol is good, and ya know what? I like to use good ole Walmart blue bottle oil to break in a new 2 stroke motor. All in the eye of the beholder I guess
