Hey guys, I'm new to this site after being out of the sport for a few years. Purchased a 2008 GSX LTD 600 SDI last year. Had the sled out once & it ran fine. Last month replaced the fuel filter/regulator hose assembly & the battery for maintenance. Now the sled starts, but then it shuts down. It will also blow the F5 10 amp fuse. The fuse is for the fuel pump & ignition coil. Any ideas of where to start? Thank you in advance.

Well if the fuse to fuel pump and coil is blowing there is a short in them, so I'd start there.

Go back to the area where you was working in the sled you have probably pinched a wire hooked something back up wrong or moved something to ground it out..Trace your steps and you will probably find something you will kick yourself fore.
