Past experience Chris , without hard data from multiple headers and dyno time , its an educated guess. I feel that this legnth is somewhere in the park.Merge angle at the collector is awsome, with the tongue protruding up into the housing. I have been riding this sled with this engine now for 25000 kms . The doo engine is the most durable I have had yet. With the addition of Motec and my new exhaust components and the GTX series turbo, run kitties with the yamahas. lol The pod is from Powder Lites actually the first one they built. The turbo blanket is from DEI they have great heat control products. Chris where can I get HYVO chain and gear sets. I think this is my weak LINK.

Looks good Kevin! As nice as those apex front mount headers! Buddy is still running mine and hasn't cracked it yet! Im sure that Doo is going to fly as always nice fab work! If I were you even though its a bit of loot the CNC bracket bondi has made for the PTO side holds everything very true and keeps the side from twisting.
With most of the aftermarket the hype is usually louder than the performance.

Thats nice to hear Jamie, considering I was told by a guy who made log manifolds and sold them , my stuff would never last long. I ordered a new gade -X with adjust on it. Couldnt stick with the cat. My gade will be my up north trail runner. As for old blue its going full race now, the yammie crowd made some remarks that "edit for bad language" me off so game on now, will see if the yellow ones will lay it down. The Quebec guys that Martin has worked with are flying 135 in 600 feet on snow, thats getting it done. The Motec stuff and Martin from Precision Sport have been great to deal with.

That guy who made log manifolds was both a liar and a crook! I. Know some guys have no love for the kitties haha for me its scratching thr itch for now until i get sick of busted chains and jackshafts.
