[Kealo]

I have had this 03 rev sitting around for 4 years. It was crashed and i had replaced the nun and bulkhead and then rebuilt the engine and that was as far as i got before i bought a new sled. Considering how much $ i had already spent on it i figured i may as well keep working on it. Hope you enjoy over these long summer months!

Have you considered shaving the sides of the seat foam so it's more comfortable standing?What are you covering it with?

Did you remember about the short chain case on the '03? Any lug over 1 3/4" will rub unless you mod the case.

Yep. not sure what i am doing with the front yet. want to shorten the arm. may just cut and weld for now unless i find a good deal on a summit set

Ya i want to add the foam to the top of the seat first and shape it more. just wanted to start by shorting it to get the feet around more. i ran the seat foam ovet the tabel belt sander and it looks much beter than the hack job i did with the knife. that foam is a pain to cut.

Ya im not sure if i will mod the chain case or just cut the track down a bit. I have seen a 2 inch on one before and the only thing that it was rubbing on was the rivets that stick out so maybe i can change them some how.

Thanks for the input guys. there is no such thing as a stupid question and i probably have not thought of everything so don't be afraid to point out any obvious mistakes or possible problem. it will all help out in the end.
