My 600 etec tundra extreme will only start if i hold the trottle open , then it only run normal for a few seconds , then goes into limp mode and shuts down if i let go of the trottle , it has 2700kms on it , can anyone help out

Check the fuel lines, filters, sparkplugs (if they are fouled), sparkplug caps and cables, check the gas if it smells old, check for any obstructions around the fuel injection system, check for proper manifold seal between the fuel assay and the engine block.
That should do for the moment.
