sounds like a dumb question but im stumped and the service manual doesnt help. i just bought new skis and i have my old skis off the sled undid the 4 bolts that hold in the carbides but i cant get the aluminum plate off that sits on the ski itself, thought it was an allen head bolt that hoild it to the ski but i guess not, is this a one time use fastener? there are 4 of them, its an 03 rev 600 ho by the way. tried serching and nothing.

i realize that i have the ski off the sled but i need to get the aluminum baseplate that the spindle bolts to off, so i can put it on the new ski. im going from the black ski to the yellow one in the picture, there are 4 what i thought were bolt that you can see sticking ip slighly at the ends and that holds the base plate to the ski, hoe do i remove those or do i just cut them. sorry if i wasnt clear

Those are rivets. Drill them out and install new ones.
