I've tried searching, and have had no luck... So I figured I would start a topic. :)

I want a glove that is very warm, and has great grip. We get a lot of snow here, and temps can easily get into the -40s degrees Celsius.

I was looking at buying the Klim PowerXross gloves. At over $100, I wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting. They feel like they provide awesome grip, not sure about the warmth though.

My friend uses Klim Fusion gloves, which have a warm side to put your hands in and a grip side..

anywho, what do you use?? what type of weather to you use them in?

Thanks!

I love my PowerXcross gloves. But, I wouldn't rate them as a cold weather glove. They have excellent windbreaking, great waterproofing and you maintain a great grip on the bars. I would say they are more a fair weather riding glove -10 C max.

I have found a few times when I take them off the liner in the fingers also comes out with my hand. Its a bugger to push back in. The outter layer does absorb moisture, then if the temperature drops, the gloves do freeze. I actually plan on picking up a second pair for spares.

There is lots of glove talk on the General Discussion section.

KLIM togwotee! Rode with them all last year from the mountains to North Dakota with a few below zero F days. They are warm, good grip and all leather grips and fingers, so they look like they should last. I have had many gloves and found these to be the warmest. They lasted me all last year, usually I wear out a set a year one way or another. I am a huge KLIM fan now!!!

Powderstorms or Storm X. Hands down the best thing on the market.
