Have any of you guys had experience with Danner Sales Ski Doo dealer? Im thinking about getting some work done by them and just wondering if anybody has any reviews? Good? Bad? Are there any other sled shops in the metro area?

I would have to say they are very very good. Matt in parts is outstanding. The service department has always treated me and my friends really well. There are other dealers closer to me but I will only go to Danners. Hope that helps.

I drive 40 minutes from my house and pass 3 or 4 dealers along they way for good reason. I have always been treated fair and never have had a compliant. I have bought sleds and parts from them since 2004 and Had service work done by them. No complaints.I think they are straight shooters. Matt at the parts desk is the best..

It's all in reading the parts before you run them over.

Agreed. I bypass other dealers for great service and seemingly good prices compared to the other dealer in my area.
Don't be content with average, because average is just as close to the bottom as it is to the top.

Thanks for the feedback everybody. I have since dropped my motor off and then the rest of my sled to get rebuilt. So far Matt has been phenomenal to work with. I would say that Danners is going to be my home base shop from now on. I have been extremely impressed with the service so far. Thanks guys!

I dropped my sled off there a couple days ago. Since this is my first Skidoo I was also looking for a dealer I could trust. So far Matt has gained my trust.

A friend of mine from Park Rapids will only buy from Danners. He buys a new sled every year or two and only deals with Danners. It's about a 4 mile drive from here too.

Yeah I used to drive way out of my way, past other Doo dealers to get to Danners. The guys at the parts counter are very knowledgeable & helpful. I know Matt was mentioned but Dave is very good also. I've bought a lot of parts from them and even a trailer but I've never bought a sled from them. Their sled prices are high. I'd like to buy my sleds there and I'd even be willing to pay a little extra to do so, like maybe an extra 2 or 3 hundred but everytime I've checked they were 5 to 6 hundred higher than other dealers. That and the one time I brought a sled to them for service I wasn't too happy. It took forever to get in and I specfically asked about an ECU update and I was told they would check and peform any available updates and not to worry about it. When I went to pick my sled up I talked to the guy that worked on it and he told me that he did not do the update. I wasn't too happy. So in my experience their service dept isn't any better than anywhere else. But the parts counter guys are top notch...
