Ya cudney clutch kit. If I drop one on the top I need a new chain. Would adding one on the bottom do anything for me?

I ran 21/43last year and I was still running the stock 10t introvert drivers. Picked up some on the bottom end. this year i went with the same chaincase gearing but put 9 Tooth WHAL extro/introvert drivers on to put a stop to the track ratcheting and to lower the drive ratio further. The drivers are alot more work but they kill two birds with one stone.
