now whats going on with this and how can i fix it ( stop it from eating my sliders

looks like the install got something wrong in terms of geometry: too much front skid pressure. Either the wrong holes were used or the limiter strap is too loose. I have never done the suspension sway, so can't help you directly, but if it were me, I'd search for more info and/or review what was done. Bet it handled squirrly

Track is tight, cause not alot of room rail like a 1/4 from track clips. Going to shave the back rails down a little.
