looks like the install got something wrong in terms of geometry: too much front skid pressure. Either the wrong holes were used or the limiter strap is too loose. I have never done the suspension swap, so can't help you directly, but if it were me, I'd search for more info and/or review what was done. Bet it handled squirrly :)

Check the adjustment on the center shock/spring, this could be the cause for the excessive ware on the sliders. Did you notice the sled pushing in the corners? If there is too much pressure at the center shock it will lighten the ski pressure causing the skies to push when you are trying to turn. Also I would check the adjustment on the front shocks for correct ski pressure.

Click on the link below, it’s a link to Monster Performance’s Snowmobile Suspension Setup sheet. Ian at Monster Performance put together a very helpful, step by step sheet on setting up your suspension. He is a very knowledgeable guy!

whats your track tension? Too tight and it'll wear excessively up front. Too loose and the track will bunch up and wear sliders too.....

i would not worry to much about the install just re check everything ian and maize have specs, i did the install upgrade on my sled put in a sc4 and have the same issues with slides, only mine dont look as bad as yours, i have heard of people using different placement on the boggie wheels and helping with this, what kind of slides are those doo oem ? looks as if they may have gotten hot a few times low snow ? i use ice scratchers they work great

that is normal wear for these things it will only go so far and then it will last a while you have plenty of meat left use the mold line as a marker when it gets to the mold line you have a little more then a 1/16 left another note colored ones wear quicker

Same spot mine is wearing as well. I did 1800 miles and mine are not quite as bad as your but they are wearing in the same spot right under the center lower shaft shock shaft. I also had an issue late season where I noticed they that center shock shaft was spinning and had dropped the large 12 mm nut. I ended up double nutting it and it seemed to stay on the few rides I had left at the end of the season.

I did notice mine does plow more so and not transfer as well as my 04 with the sc4 conversion. My though was to actually try opening my limiter straps more this season. I have 3 hole showing and was going to try 4. I am only 1 click up on the center shock adjustment.

Track is tight, cause not alot of room rail like a 1/4 from track clips. Going to shave the back rails down a little.

And they were royal sliders, not OEM. Should I go with OEM sliders or graphite slider?

The coloured ones like Kimpex, are made of plastic. The black ones are made of teflon. Kimpex black sliders will last a long time. You can also add another set of wheels at the front like you find on the GTX. That will relieve some of the extra weight on that wear area which you have.
