I have the 1.5" Intense on my old 600HO... awesome track (highly recommend it). Good track for both on and off trail. Search around Dootalk, lots of people agree never heard anyone say anything negative about it. Expensive, but worth every penny IMO. I studded mine with 1.625" doubles - 96 up the middle.
HOWEVER. To be safe I had to swap to 9tooth drivers and most Dootalkers would recommend this. Found a whole new driveshaft with drivers and good bearings on E-bay for $50 to make it an easy swap when you're switching the track.
Quinn, you can run the 1.75 w/ picks b/c you have the 440 race chassis which already has the 9t drivers factory. Can't run a studded 1.75 track with any of the regular REV's without swapping drivers. You can run a non studded 1.75 with 10 tooth drivers.

One other question: Going from 10t drivers to 9t drivers is essentially the same as dropping one tooth on the top gear correct?? Going to a bigger track I had planned on gearing it down one tooth but if I swap the drivers I would not have to gear down?
Also would going to 9t drivers affect the speedo and also the odometer? Or does it automatically correct for the change? Ok maybe that was more than one question.
On a side note got lots done today. I had been stockpiling parts and finally decided to put some on.
Piggy back fronts and x package rears done up by Ian. Already had those on. Today I
Swapped steering post and put an x package post on.
Finished putting on the new A-Arm bushings
8" billet riser anodized black from Tricked Toys
Fly straight bars with 10 degree sweep.
Searched for about 30 minutes for the exhaust spring that I dropped in the belly pan...finally found it.
Still have some adjustments to make and tidy up the wiring. And get hand guards. I may go with the extended brake line...not sure I like how it is routed.
Also still need to put the C&A's on and align the skis.
Like the make shift garage???
The first pic is how it looked the day I picked it up and the other two is how it looks now.

I'm gona need to know that procedure. I just scored a set of 9 tooths and shaft off ebay for 135 bucks. Is it in the service manual? Online? Bathroom wall?there is a calibration you have to do with the button on your speedo when you change your drivers. its fairly easy, blydoo can give you the specifics, i just helped him do it and don't remeber as it was last fall. yes its like re-gearing when you swap drivers.

From Service bulletin No. 2005-1
-Start Vehicle
-Press and Hold mode button until digital display reads scale. (Then release button)
-The current drive sprocket ratio will be displayed for 2 seconds.
-While the ratio is displayed, plug-in and unplug multiple times, the 1 wire connector that changes speedo reading from MPH to KPH until "PAUSE" appears on the display. The wire to plug and unplug is a black wire, and is explained in your opperators guide on Pages 91 thru 94. The single wire plug is located, on a Rev, on the left side wire harness, above the secondary clutch, near where the throttle cable is routed, there is a pic on page 93 of your operators guide.
-Press "mode" button to activate the programming mode.
-In programming mode all LEDs are off and messages "0-0," "8-9" "9-9" "10-9" appear on the LCD one after another, each displayed for 2 seconds.
-To program the drive sprocket ratio, wait for desired ratio to be displayed, press and hold the "MODE" button at least for 2 seconds then release the button.
-The selected ratio will be stored and displayed flashing.
-The ratio will be displayed for 2 seconds every time the vehicle is started. The numbers 10-9 is the ratio, for 10 tooth drivers. 9-9 are for 9 tooth drivers and 8-9 for 8 tooth drivers.
Took a few tries to get it to work on mine, but it worked.
