Hey, I'd be posting stuff if I changed anything. I'm still waiting on my helix and trying to figure out which primary spring I'm going to. Once I start ripping that apart I will be posting up some pics. I gotta get a better one with the new skis on it. I'm loving the color scheme though! Are you taking off your decals?

You wouldn't happen to know if ZX chassis rebuildables from an 02 will fit on a Rev without problems do you?

Congrats on the new sled Dave!! I can't wait to see it! I'm sure you are going to be much happier with this ride than the BCX. The BCX is a great sled, but this thing is a monster!

I went to the dealership and bought my s-36 kit yesterday...they had a brand new summit 800 154x that someone backed out on...tough to give them the $ for the suspension kit rather than as a deposit on the new sled...LOL!

No you don't need a longer track, just make up the difference with a whole lot of nut and throttle. When in doubt, throttle out. Got some more done today. Cleaned the rave valves, Mounted the Floats and new 6.9s on. Getting closer........Braaaaap! This winter should be an epic one.

Sled is lookin good dude.

Thanks bud. Can't wait to see your new ride all wrapped. I think if I find a good deal on a Rev Summit at the right time I may snag it. Like a 144 with the 600 so the wifey can ride it too. Afraid if I put her on the Gade I may be picking it out of the trees...LOL. She's driven it before, but that was stock and this is now.

OOH. And I think I know where Quinn is up to. Found out today he got a moose permit for unit M and took the week off to hunt it up....Good luck buddy.Aim small, miss small.

Ya got to find 1 first! I think Iam going to go back to work on Wednsday regardless if i find 1 or not.... I would rather take wed-fri off for the snowdeo in March. Huntings cool but it definitly isn't riding!!! I just sucks to waste a moose permit, havent seen any good sign yet... havent scouted like i should have, too busy workin on the sled, I might have screwed myself. Not to many Moose around here, should have spent more time scouting raymond, chester area. Going to go into Hollis consveration area tomorrow, heard there might be a cow and calf. Really wasnt expecting to win a permit the first year I applied. :headbang

OK, got a few other things done. Remove sway bar, front skid pan and install the can and clutches.

Hey Randy, I checked my Cudney kit that I put in and is said to start at 19.2 grams of weight for 800 ho. Let me know what you have and I can go look to see what the recommend for your ride to start out at. After I dialed the clickers I went back to change the weights so the clickers were centered at 3 again. Think I added weight if I remeber correctly because the final dial in had me at position 6 in the clickers. Let me know.
