Looking for the best Skidoo dealer in Ohio to work on my 09 Renegade. Anyone can work on them, but who reallys knows how to work on them.. LOL..

If you are looking for a dealer in OH, I have had great luck with American Powersports in Findlay, OH. Ask for Mike Vinton. You can tell him Attila recommended them.

If you are closer to Lake Chatauqua, NY then I would highly recommend Rodgers and Sons in Cherry Creek and ask for Mike Rodgers. Great guy to deal with.

Don't go to J&J whatever you do! I would go to American Powersports if your closer to that area.

I personally have had nothing but bad luck with American Powersports. I go to Johns Performance in Carey. John knows his stuff and doesnt try to rob you. I know you have good and bad with all kinds of shops, and my experiances with American just hasnt been the best.
I have a good buddy with a repair shop up outside Grand Rapids and he will stand behind his work. If your not afraid of traveling, I can hook you up with him. He is a member on here also, he custom makes risors and handlebars. Excellent guy to work with.

Definitely a small world!

I've never dealt with John's so I can't comment on them, however, I have dealt with American Powersports and they have been great to me. I bought my 50th anniversary Etec from them and they set it up great for me. I would highly recommend them. Ask for either Mike Vinton the service manager or Mark the owner. Both guys have been great to deal with.

Where have you been doing your riding? Sad to see the season come to an end. I was able to put on about 1500 miles this season. How about you?

John's Performance in Carey! He rides himself which to me makes a huge difference. He is not cheap, but very fair with his pricing. How many discount dealers are still around? Does RPM in Mansfield ring a bell? Sure that guy would sell you a sled for $5 more than the crate in which it shipped, but without the service to go with it... he's gone.
John will treat you right.

I was just at Johns last week and he was still a doo dealer at that time,,, planning on buying a new doo from him, so I sure hope that didnt happen.

Was at Johns today, they are still a skidoo dealer,,, matter of fact, John was taking some sort of test for skidoo (evidently something that all dealers? or master technicians?) must take. Broke the bad news to him that I wasnt going to be able to get the new sled this year, gonna have to wait for next year. So I tried emptying out the wallet while I was there instead. Tried putting a smile on his face LOL
