I think maybe you posted that right before my last pics.You need to take the Rev seat apart so you can attach it to the ZX frame. Then cut them to your liking.

Thanks for the links, I have already read everything I could find on the seat conversions. I'm the type of guy that researches for hours and hours before doing anything.Here are a few topics with pictures. The second link has some good example fro where you're at right now.
