A lot of REV XP riders complain of inconsistent RPMs, excessive belt heat and poor clutching in general.

It may seem too simplistic and inexpensive, but our Hi-Torque Rollers go a long ways toward eliminating these problems. The unique combination of roller design and material allows them to roll freely without binding as stock rollers tend to.

It might interest you to note that the Doo Doctor is installing our secondary rollers with no labor charge, as his customers request them, with many of his floating QRS conversion kits.

We now make our own Hi-Torque TRA Primary Clutch Rollers, as well as supply a high quality TRA Roller Pin Kit and O-Rings.

Your machine will run happier with Hi-Torque Rollers. <_<

I like to give my testimony.
When I was testing the 1200T (300hp) these rollers were one of the first things I changed out on the clutches.
Had the clutch open to full shift overdrive in less than 1000 feet and hold there running at full shift for another 500 feet before 700 foot shutdown - basically blowing a belt every few runs. If a secondary clutch had feelings, I would not want to go through the agony from the torture we put that secondary through.

Did testing for a week with the QRS secondary on that sled ranging from 210 to over 300hp and I had that secondary apart more times than I care to remember.
Every single time I changed out the helix I would clean the dirt off the roller and inspect for crackings or anomaly and found nothing - what a stout little roller that held up to low helix angles and spring forces of over 280 lbs final force with pretension values of 28 lbs - i'll tell ya that for me to open the secondary clutch up was literally 2 hands on the opening tool. The guys would stand there in awe at how tight I had that secondary wound up.

Now pile in dalton brute levers with 26g flyweight in clicker 1 and the custom ground ramps I made - that secondary went through torture the secondary opening up to full shift locking the secondary open against the rollers trying to put a flat spot on them.....nope always come back round with no dents.

The rollers are still in that sled and run all last season with 220~230 hp and from what I know of still holding up well.

Bravo on job well done, my hats off to you on one strong little roller - i wish you made them for the 06~07 RER secondary. I will be ordering another set for my xp.

Joey

The picture below illustrates to what we were doing to the secondary clutch too.

It's exciting to hear how much abuse the rollers will actually take when tested under extreme conditions. These are the things that sledders like to read about as a lot of them also push their machines to the max.

Here's to a great season on the snow!

Have a question and i'm probably not the only one. Which roller is for who? The red hi torque roller or the grey supertorque roller?

Are there any downsides to the grey supertorque rollers vs. the hi torque ones?

Thanks!

i installed your rollers and they fit alot nicer than stock by far. my stock rollers i could wable alot. i can see how they could eventually bind. yours were nice and snug, and spun much better. and wow was that e clip hard to get off! <_<

When I was talking with Brian the Doodoctor, he mentioned how there was quite a number of roller pins that had come loose. It is possible they missed the locktight on assembly or it is also possible that with the extreme heat that these clutches sometimes see, the locktight came loose. At any rate the e clip is there to stop the roller pin from backing out so it is vital that the e clip is snapped properly in place.

well, I ordered mine on a Saturday none the less... and was looking at both rollers, but I decided on the Supers and ordered the Hi Torque... flailing and forgetting it was a Saturday, I called, and a sweet lady answered the phone! I started talking about my order I made less than an hour before, and that I emailed and wanted to upgrade... she new my name, and was in the process of canceling and sending me an email, but with my phone call, we got it worked out in under 90 seconds! I now have the Super's coming and want to say "Thank You". These folks process even on Saturdays... My Tower brace from another company took 10 days to even get shipped out... and shipping to Alaska takes twice as long anyways! I will update after I get and install them... I only have 400 Miles on the originals. but better is better!
