Remove the airbox.

I would start soaking with penetrating oil for a few days.  Then gently heat up the clutch with a propane torch around the center of the clutch trying to keep the shaft cooler if you can and lightly tap with a mallet/block of wood around the base of the pulley on the backside to see if will pop loose.  If that does not work, then place some heavy steel behind the clutch to protect it and use a hammer drill with a chisel bit on steel and chisel it off.  Worse case you cut the shaft.   Use anti-seize going back on.

I had one that i used a 5 ft pry bar and the sucker didn't come off. had to cut it into pieces and install a new one.  you can probably remove the shaft from the chain case but you need to drill out rivets that protect the shaft from other things likes fuel lines and try to press it out.  the bearing on clutch side i'm not sure if that will come either.  good luck

Best way I found to get seized secondary's off is with a balljoint fork tool. Or with wooden wedges, place behind secondary after a good dousting of penetrating oil etc.

Yeah iv done the ball joint fork thing as well . Worse case is you might need new secondary if you end up destroying it

The only thing that can get damadged is your helix. The automotive balljoint fork will butt up against helix then just use a hammer to drive the fork down. In my case it didn't even cause damadged what so ever. Lucked out

Tip the sled on the secondary side. Go boil a pan of water and dump it right where the jackshaft interfaces with the secondary. It should loosen up, have a rubber mallet ready to give her a few taps.

Find a women that sleds, likes working on them, cars, etc. watches hockey, drinks beer is hot as He11 and keep her. Problem solved.

Facebook is a huge waste of time. I don't care where you went last night, what your eating, or listening to needless griping. What a joke..

P.S. If you find a women as described above pm me if she has a sister. Thanks!

x2 on all of it.

I just have to laugh at the jokers who post every single thing they do on facebook.  Nobody cares, and if they do it's probably because they're casing your house.
