i picked up my 2017 146 electric start freeride for 13100 canadian....and got 2 years extra warranty for 550....i had to do it...its the coolest color scheme and better looking then the G4's.....but that's my opinion which is actually worth nothing at all

I went in to talk to one dealership to order my 146 summit sp 850, when I walked in the door there was a freeride sitting there I thought long and hard about it but didn't pull the trigger because it was a 137 I wanted a 146 just didn't want to sacrifice the 850 and shorter track had that been a 146 things probably would have went down a little differently lol

I would grab it. That's how I ended up with my 1200. Went for a part, 10K later left with a sled. Best thing I ever did as far as sleds. Pretty expensive part, but actually very cheap.

Same thing happened to me last spring, went in for some two stroke chain saw oil and left with a DS250 for the son.

Like it says, would you guys buy a brand new, 2017 137" 1.75" lug for $10,850 otd? A local dealership has two left, not sure how much better the 2018 is going to be but I know it will cost me over $3,000 more for the 2018.

I was in the same boat. Spring order 18 BCX or the 17 freeride. I picked up the 17 this morning for 10,500 with 700 miles, grip n rip, hand guards, skid plate and glove box liner. I had no second thoughts about the gen 4 since I got this home today. I think you will be happy either way as long as the 18s have all the fixes done.

I lied, Im having second thoughts on trading the 17 FR  for the 18 BCX if I don't take a serious beating on the trade.  I have until weds to figure it out..

I laughed much harder than was proper at this post. May be because I went to the dealer in February to buy a AC ZR6000 we walked out with 3 Renegades.

At this point in the year does anyone know if any dealer in Michigan has any left over Freeride?

‚Äč$10,850 OTD is a great price, Yes If I was looking for a new sled and I would assume you would get a warranty with the option for additional warranty I would snag that sled up ASAP.

I like the 17 freeride. But get a 17 xrs instead if not it was freeride or 850x all are beautiful sleds

Village Motorsports in Grand Rapids had one last I looked.  It's in storage now (if they have it) but I'm sure they'd still sell it.
