Well here are a few pics of our 4 1/2 inch CK-3 widening kit we have been working on. Sorry about showing a dirty sled. <_<

Be advised that the pics of the Mach that the kit is on DOES NOT have the shock extensions on it because it was being drag raced the day before. I just had my standard shocks on with no extensions. With the extension the sled sits at "stock" ride height.

The widening plates are C.A.D. drawn and cut from stainless steel on a water jet, bolting hardware is stainless steel and all spacers/bushings are oil impregnated [sp?] brass. Kit still uses stock sway bar for added stability with extensions and the tie rods are lengthened.

We are working on making kits for Zx and DSA.

Thanks Z, We've been working really hard on it both building it and testing it. Has been proving to be great. :)

Does not affect the trailing arms or suspension in a negative way what so ever. We will have kits available for the DSA (1997 Mach Z's) really soon.

Thanks, I'm waiting to hear back from my partner on the price. He is finishing drawing everything up in C.A.D. and is going to find out the price to produce them thru the shop. I think we are going to offer them 2 different ways, stainless stell and raw steel. Obviously the stainless will be a little more. I'll let you guys know as soon as I find out.

Once we figure everything out I'm going to get with Craig about selling them legit here on Dootalk...

They will be available for CK-3, Zx, And all DSA suspension.

On my personal sled that is shown in the pics it has extensions on the ends of the tie rods. I am not happy with the way this looks so the kit will have complete 1 piece longer tie rods.

I will let you know as soon as it is available. I have to square up with Craig here on Dootalk for an ad.

How about my DSA Plus? What are your plans for the sway bar links? Older DSA had short adjustable length. My DSA Plus had short fixed length. CK-3 had long fixed length.

Have the MBRP type now, but yours look nicer. His are like $200 and are adonized. Fit pretty well, but the sway bar extensions I had to scrap. Luckily the CK-3 links worked perfect.

Nice clean looking job!
Much nicer job than the MBRP kits.

2000 Flll800 with Tempaflow.
05 SC-3 136" suspention with Hygear C-46 shocks.
1.5" fully clipped Doo track.
MXZ HPG racing shocks up front on precision ski's.
Clutched and geared by Joey.
Pitched the triple pipes for the single, awsome corner/corner power!
One of a kind, "Rotax Electronic Reverse", oh ya baby!

So I would like one of these on my daughters 95 Formula S if I am thinking right I could elimenate the shock extension and use longer shocks to increase the front travel???

We are working on one chassis at a time and will cover all of them. Most of them are very close to each other but just need a little change here and there. The CK-3 chassis kit is pretty much done at this point aside from a little more hard testing. I just got back from the shop now (1:00am). Was there with my partner finishing up the shock extensions so the stock shocks can still be used. Ended up making them out of a solid block of aluminum. Turned out sweet!! Hats of to my partner Jerry...

Thanks! I know your around my area. If you ever want to stop by and take the sled for a spin to see what you think of it give me a call/pm.

Yes, you can eliminate the extensions if you with. I am running A set of 19" center to center Fox Floats of the front of my 1999 Mach Z instead of the 16.75" center to center stockers. However ,if you get to long of a shock you will have bump steer problems.

If anyone would like to stop by my place and see this stuff personally and not just in pictures give me a call of pm. I have no problem with anyone stopping by 1-586-405-8735.
