Stage 1 : RPM Limit to 8800 RPM, Improved Fuel Maps, Improved Timing maps.  HP Gain 12 HP.
                Mods required : No

Stage 2 : RPM Limit to 9000 RPM, Improved Fuel Maps, Improved Timing Maps, Target AF 12.3-12.5 @ max power, HP Gain : Up to 25 HP
                Mods required : Spark Plugs, Intake pipes removed, MBRP Headers.

 Complete Turbo Systems with max boost of 10PSI on stock compression ratio (11:1) with 91 Octane Gas

Yes,

 

exhaust modification tubes comes with the kit, you have choice to modify by yourself or have it modified in our factory.

Any idea when the stage 3 for 16 will be released?
Also curious if installation and set up would require any special tools or talent. In other words, can a guy like me, who has a mild mechanic background, be able to install without screwing something up?

Hi,

 

It comes with 100 Pages installation manual, if you have good mechanic skills, you should be fine.

 

16's turbo kit is in final testing now, we will keep you informed when delivery is starting.

So I have an ecu that was reflashed by you and believe it is a stage 2.
It is on a ski doo 1200 with a stage 2 MCX turbo
Is it the same as the stage 2 shown in your post?

was wondering how you like the Hindle header?  As it might become available we are hoping this season.

 

Also wondering about the spark plugs?  Just a different heat range?

 

And muffler mod, is it similar to the old style mod?

Actually we tested MBRP and Slp headers, hindle not tested... Spark plugs colder... For muffler, we modify internal and changing outlet tube to 2.25".
