is this a tilt loader ? unfamiliar a bit with this type of trailer. thanks...also - are you willing to travel a bit to meet? i'm in boston...maybe western MA to meet?

Yes, it's a tilt, and extremely well balanced. One person can tip it up and down easily and it will stay down without somebody having to stand on it. As far as meeting halfway, I work in Albany and would be happy to bring it that far, but I'm not willing to drive in to Mass. unless you are going to at least compensate me for fuel past Albany. I just did some quick calcs, looks like it would be about $40 roughly.
