Hey what was that stuff you can put on before you put a decal on so you can remove it easier when you want it off> Anyone know?

Soap and water or windex.

No I am looking for the film or clear sticker some of the guys put on befor they add decals or numbers. Anyone know?

It's just a piece of low-tack clear vinyl. Most of your big chain auto part stores sell it for putting city stickers. I know for sure Pep-Boys sells them here in Chicago.

Static-cling decals will work also but only if you apply it when it's warm out.

Pledge, put it on your plastics before your decals and they will come right off. Easy as that.
