Just curious if anyone has been to St. Ignace and seen any progress in the ice bridge to Mackinac Island? Does it look like it will happen this year? We are hoping for the weekend of Feb. 14th to try and go to the island. Any input would be great!

There was an update last week before the warm up from a local up there. Its in the MI forum.

Said he wouldn't be suprised if it doesn't happen this year.

I'm curious to know also, I've allways wanted to ride across the mackinac straights, but the ice allways is broken and jagged = death mission.
