i recently finished transforming my zx 440 and want to add a jerry-can for a couple reasons. one is to extend my riding range since my 440 is horrible on fuel, and two is to cover the rear of the tunnel that is now exposed due to the 03 rev 440 seat i put on (tunnel doesnt look good because it is pitted from stuff being in the trunk of the old seat). so, what i want to know is the dimensions of the jerry-can, if someone could measure the longth from front to back for me, that would be great! i dont want to buy one and find out that it doesnt fit. Thanks in advance.

Nice sled. Just finished murdering mine out. Everyting is balck, jerry can included. I happen to have it sitting right here. It tapers so is tough to tell but, the lenght front to back, is 10in+at the bottom and around twelve and a quarter at max length near the top.

what kind of handle bar pad is that? is it all black. I had a hell of a time finding one.

To be sure, buy the fuel caddy for the XP as it doesn't use the seat to help secure the fuel can! THe XP fuel caddy has a strap with 4 points to secure it while the Rev fuel caddy has only two and uses the seat to hold the front of the caddy secure.
