My 05 was around 70 out of the box.....right around 100 with an aggressive trail set-up and around 110 in Ice racing trim set up for 660'. This is referring to the peak numbers on the graph. I prefer to look at whats under the line as opposed to the peak, but it seems that most internet dyno racers only want to refer to the big number. The only mod to that sled at the time was plugged decompression ports.

Thanks for info.I actually had sled dynotuned to try to find a setup to help belt temps.I had a clutch kit on sled that went good but ran very high belt temps. After many clutch parts and different programs they were able to find a more efficient setup. My sled started with 07 program and that ended up working the best.I discovered my sled was much stronger at 75-7600 rpm than the recomended 8000.My final power to the ground was 91 horse and started with 78hp.If you have chance to have your sled track dyno tuned, then I would definetly recomend. This was strictly trail clutching.
