If you are a regular you will remember the 1993 Mach 1 that a farmer had given me a couple of months ago. You guys were absolutly correct. This animal is not for my ten year old. I got all the little things that were wrong fixed and ran it. I took it for a short ride across the hay field. No way the boy is going to drive this thing. It would kick the crap put of my Arctic Cat ZR 600. And you guys were also right, the beast wont turn. ohmy.gif ohmy.gif

I do need some additional help yet. This sled runs like a champ, but I have no headlight, tailight or gauge activity. Help me out here. I'm very mechanical, but stuggle with the electronic side. If you guys can point me in the right direction I'll figure it out.

I honestly don't know much about these machines, but I had the same problem on my 06 REV and it was a bad relay. Not sure what setup these machines have though.

First,be sure that large connector close to recoil starter is ok,Terminals well inserted and no burned or rusted .If all your lights are burnt, its surely the voltage regulator that is bad located under the recoil,i believe with 4 wires coming out.It could be too a chafed wiring harness.
