IMO I would just make your own. They are overpriced. I would order a couple filters off line and the swiz cheese your current air box where the headlight mounts. Then drill some holes in your plastics down by the filters, the only thing i haven't figured out yet is how to suport the carbs from bouncing around.
Good Luck

I have tried flowrites in the airbox, SLP Intake Kit and have been around sleds with the Timbersled kit. IMO. I would install the SLP kit. It cures all of the problems related to the stock air intake set-up and you know that you are drawing the coldest air possible.

i put 3 slp flow rites in the top of my air box and then vented my console and dash peices to get cold air but might go to pods or a flex pipe

If you want something that works great, looks great and installs easily, buy it. I have put their kit in my last 2 sleds and would do it again. I haven't talked to anyone that has one that doesn't like it. all the complaints I have heard are without experience. also evacuates alot of heat from engine when you free up the space under the hood.

Last year I was bogging like mad, this year I drilled two 1 3/4" holes in the lower airbox infront of the carb mouth and siliconed prefilter material over the holes and rode this past weekend with 2' of fresh, the factory intake was plugged solid all day and not once did I bog. Didn't even bother cleaning the stock filter off.
