any one have there 2010 clutches appart yet? i'm looking for
1) what ramps?
2)how much pin weight?
3) what helix?
4) what springs?

that's for the 800's The etecs are different
Maverick Motorsports
1) 440 Ramps
2) Short Threaded (10.88g) + 16mm set screw (2.35g) = 13.23g
3) 41-45 deg.
4) Purple/Green 415-015-400 in the primary, Black 417-126-687 in the secondary

thanks dj. so they left them the exact same as 09?

I was looking for the 800 stuff and I'm assuming maverick motorsports put up the etec stuff.

Far as I know chatting with my guy in the race dept these are only changes.

2010 800 "economy fear" model
Different steering column
Lower a-arm welding
Fuel gage cluster logic
Oil tank
Oil filter
Qrs support
Fuel sending unit
New coolant hose type
Thermostat and coolant bottle
Top hood latch
Airbox mold
Suspension change
Softer sway bar
Qrs adjuster
Longer qrs shaft....new align measurements
19th on 154’s
Taller windshield
.....same reverse helix 43/47

I have a 2010 summit ("this being my first summit") and haven't had the chance to take the clutch appart to see what ramps are in there, i know the dealer had changed the pin weight.My question is what ramps and pin weight should i have for low elevation riding, were i am were about 1000 ft above sea level.

Do you have any more info on the thermostat change on the 2010 ? Is it somthing you should do on the 09 ?
