So my sled is finally fixed, running great and ready to ride.... now one thing left I need... I need snow!!!! Where is it? I'm getting sick of waiting, I want to ride, slednecks and thunderstruck just can't get me through anymore... We had a little teaser in October and nothing since, it's the middle of November and I'm dying here...


Anyone else in the same boat I am?

BTW you're sled is gorgeous, if I could afford a 2010 myself I would get the black, but, you sir have done an amazing job with the graphics on it...

Gotta agree, as good as this dootalk is, it's just a crutch to hold me up until there's snow! Did every maintenance project on both sleds that I could think of, wired a 12V cig-lighter plug into my Renegade, so I can run my GPS with the SLEDGPS.com software I just ordered. Waxed, armor-alled, greased, buffed, ....

ANd, yes, I've started my new one up, sat on it, and breathed deeply in my garage.

Gotta go back to work, maybe there'll be snow on the ground when I get home

You'll get your snow...in about another month. It's only November for the love of Pete. I can relate though. Got a new sled waiting to be cristened in the white stuff. I tinker with whatever I can find to do before the cold comes, and scout around to check out the changes in the trail system for this year. Today I dinked around with my scooter for a while and took 'er out for a spin, then I went and got the snowblower out of storage and got that all prepped for the white stuff too. Tomorrow, maybe dnk around with the new trailer and mount the new spare tire holder on it.

HA I find that funny. I'm the only person in my family not born in VT. My parents and older brother are from the Barre/Montpelier area. Most of my family still lives there with the exception of my parents, brother, uncle, and myself. Texting my cousin back in VT is the only thing that got me through the rebuild of my top end without destroying something...

Might be headed back that way around august or september of next year, been years since we've seen the leaves change, gonna try to make a family trip of it. Might have to take you up on that offer if I do make it back there...

Ya its been in the 60's all week here in WNY, winter could not feel further away. I've polished my sled so many times I'm worried about the paint falling off.

When i wake up every morning, I look outside to see if it snowed, and i check the forecast every day, good thing its still hunting season because I would go banana's!

About the canadian thing, I'll drink a case of molson triple ex, sing "Oh Canada" and puke eh. But 3 of my grandparents are from Magog, QC(about 30-40km from valcourt if I remember correctly).

That's funny I did the same thing with my daughters kitty cat and had the same reaction from my neighbors.

not looking good here in Michigan. It was 65 yesterday and there isn't a hint of snow in the 15 day forecast! We had 2 foot by December 2nd last year!

November 4th or 5th last year we got hammered with 9 inches over night after 3 weeks of rain. Then there was close to another 8 or 9 inches that fell in the following day or two, the ground froze pretty quick and it stuck around for the season, it was insane, but it was nice, I was hoping for another year like that...

15 below here in wasilla ak ,rode yesterday in about 8-12 inches ,its coming ,my inlaws are from ND and last year rocked down there for you guys ,dont know when you we see that much snow agian

The farmers around here think that I am nuts when I am skis up in the yard while they run the disc in the field next to me.

I have a feeling its gonna be like 60f and the once december comes we just get dumped with alot of snow like a good 1-2ft snow storm.

From what i've seen out west is getting hit with snow in the mountains atleast once a week. If snow doesnt come to MI soon, there will be a road trip in order.

snowing in alaska, been riding few days now, 6 months of riding every year. temps are in the teens, looking at possible -10 F next week

I think I'd rather live in Canada, I love the United States, but I'm tired of this 2 feet of snow by thanksgiving one year, and the next year supposed to be above average temps with no snow until january, it's killin me. I wanna live in Revy or AK.... HELP ME....
