Are the quick clicker clutch adjusters a good investment?
mikes99ss
if you ride in the mountains they because with the altitude change you may adjust you clickers a few times a day but for Michigan i would say just a waste.

If you ride in the mountains or do a lot of clutch tuning they are... but most people don't change the settings much at all.... if ever.

I have a set I use just for when I'm working on a new clutch setup or making a change... I use 'em while I'm playing with pinweight/springs... then once I get it dialed in I put the stockers back in.

If I remember right, DJ recommended not to use them because the ramp of the aftermarket clickers are not as accurate or matched.

Not exactly, use the ones that use the stock bolts and you are fine.

I've been using the ones that Tim @ Grip n Rip sells and all you're replacing is the nut. These use the stock bolt so you don't even need to take the clutch apart to install them. I think he sells them for $50-55 so the mod is inexpensive!!!

Very good product right_on.gif

I have them on my Summit and on my Renegade. I fiddle a lot more with the Summit because conditions can change day to day. I have adjusted them once or twice on the Renegade, but I can honestly say that if I didn't have them on the Renegade, I would probably not try tuning at all.
WIS.REV
I put them on my gade. I ride mostly off trail and find that I adjust quite a few times depending on snow conditions and temperature.
