was at the dealer and found an product call sled brite---- really worked well for cleaning plastic and belt grime. A friend has an older rev that had bad exhaust stains on the outside panel and now looks like an brand new sled. I was wondering if anyone has found an product for cleaning the tunnell ? I don't want to have to polish it everytime, just want it to look like it did when it was brand new. thanks.
I use Mothers Aluminum polish and a Power Cone in my cordless drill. Works like a dream. The tip of the cone will get down in all those tight spaces and is strong enough that it don't get shredded to pieces. Takes almost all labor out of the project. Takes me only around thirty minutes to do mine. Not including removing the bumper, taillight, and trim piece behind seat.
