What do you have for front shocks on your XR and how do you like them?

I have rear shocks (ZBroz X1 center/fox rear) on the way from Ian at Monster Performance and I'm trying to decide on what to get for the front.

Thanks, B

Settled on Exit X0's, but seriously considered eith Float Evol R's or actually the new Assault's from Fast looked interesting. Wasn't sure on rebuild parts for them though. I really liked the way they crosslinked the shocks. Made me wonder if a guy couldn't do that with some floats and make a common filling point. That way each shock would have the same pressure

I was looking at the Evol R's as well .... would like some feedback from someone who's tried them before I take the plunge. I had regular floats on my FX Nytro and they were great on the big bumps but would beat me up in the studder bumps. I had not heard about the Assaults but checked out Fast's website and you are right they do look interesting.

Let me know how the X0's work out for you .... if all is good I may have to call up Ian and place another order.

Looking forward to more pics & details of your build!

Rotax kid,
Here's a picture of the Exit XO fronts (Hoping you can see it). So far so good. Won't be able to tell how they are until the snow flies.

Northern B,
Ian has been a great help and you couldn't have choosen a better person to work with.

Ian is very helpful and knowledgable .... I am looking forward to getting my rear shocks. Thanks for posting the pic of the X0's, nice looking shocks and I am sure you will be happy with them .... that is most likely the way I'll end up going as well .... let us know how they work for you. Thanks, B.

Did ya try pull the springs and cycle them? That's the first thing I'll be doing when I get mine here. On a side n ote, I'm tickled with their spring retainer design..so much nicer than any of the cheese plates everyone else uses!
