Who's all coming up?

We don't have a booth this year, but are bringing a bunch of gear up for people who would like to try some stuff on. Let me know if anyone's looking for any Klim, Simmons, SPI, or Mountain Addiction stuff..we'll be kicking around all weekend.

I was thinking about this last weekend...they should try to include a swap next year.

Price all the parts you want..find a non profit group to run, I'll gladly give them 10-15% to collect money...and we can have a huge swap meet. I think that would be a great addition to the show.

I'm a little choked someone could over see this. FSX is in Saskatoon on Nov.6th..wouldn't it have made sense to put it together with the SSA show? Have a ton of sledders there, could probably sell a pile more tickets

Yeah I just heard about that this afternoon from a buddy seems screwed up nobody thought of this.

Yeah it is sorta hard to believe they wouldn`t have a swap meet as part of the show, it would more than likely draw a much bigger crowd. Heck, Majestics has a swap meet area! Geoff, I`ll try and track you down, never met you before, but I need a "GOOD" balaclava (ones that actually covers the neck/chest/shoulder area), I`m sick of the small ones. Let me know if you will have what I`m talking about and what they go for $$. Thanks,Darcy

if you guys need to get rid of some parts there is always the Vintage swap at Earl Grey this fall. Usually the weekend after the Grey Cup. There is always lots of newer stuff there too. It is run by the vintage club but not limited to vintage parts. I will post it when I find out the date

I am kinda throwing around the idea of a swap meet and show and shine next summer in Regina. Just need to find a good location with lots of room and bathrooms.

I'm going to be looking for a rear rack for the Summit at the show. Geoff, I know you sell those ones with the gas cans right on the tracks. How do you like those. I am concerned that I will lose the can and then have to spend lotsa money on another one. But maybe if they are a good system. What are they worth?
Any other types of racks that anyone wants to recommend?

I'll bring one to the show and you can take a peek at it. Worked pretty well for us last year.

I've spoken with a few more people around here who aren't Dootalkers and most are saying they would like to see maybe a Saturday afternoon swap or something. Don't want to have to chae down parts at the start and end of the weekend. It's too late this year, but I'm thinking it maybe a great idea next year. I know the show isn't in Regina ext year, but maybe we could have a place to have a swap for an afternoon or day somewhere in town in fall. Hmm....keep thinking...

If anyone needs/wants to look or take anything witth s, we've decided to try and bring atleast one of everything with us. et mek now if there's anthing specific anyone else would like.

Nice meeting everyone I did. Show was good, but smaller than past years..however..it was missing all of the filler booths it normally has.

Thanks to the people I met up with for any business they gave us!!!!

Remember..Avy course 27th-28 here in Regina..29th in Saskatoon. Seminar up North in North Battleford on another date I cannot remember off the top of my head right now. WIll post the flyer today tomorrow for all to see

Hello all

I really like the idea of a show n shine with a parts swap. I live near North Battleford and would not have an issue setting something up. Pending on the interest i could try and snag the dealers in Town to bring some of their product lines down and have sort of trade show. I was at something along the lines like this however they had grass drags, beer gardens ect. The facility i have in mind could possibly facilitate everything, however its the interest i am looking for. Like stated prior posts it would be a fall event....Post if you have interest or have some further ideas. Again i think this is a fantastic idea.
