In the Vail/Leadville area I would go to NOVA guides. It is between Minturn and Leadville on hwy 24. You can do guided tours or on your own rentals. It directly links to the Vail Pass network of trails and multi use areas. The staff is pretty cool, they will even let you bring snowboards or skis if you want to do some sled skiing. They have Polaris products, and the best sled you can get is a RMK 600. They may have been bought out this summer but should still be open this winter.
