What is your opinion on the engines choices 550F , 600 rotax for a wide track ski-doo Liquid of fan THANKS
LabradorBoy
What is your intended use? THAT is the important question.

I have both engines one in a 08 tundra 550 f and a 06 wt skandic with the 600. The 600 is a sweet running motor and gets 5 to 7 mpg better than my 550. but i like the 550 for low snow conditions and slow going in the bush.
SWTfan
The fan sucks more gas and has less power but probably better for slow going, less heating up in the spring, and overall dependability.
CountyGuy
The 600 is rated at 115 hp while the 550 fan is only rated at something like 70 hp I think.

by your description of what you are going to use it for i think the tundra lt 550 would be a good choice. My tundra is heavy if i get it stuck but my wt is a comp;lete bear to get unstuck (I carry acome along to help winch it out). my lt is a blast on groomed trails or breaking trail through the bush. My wt is better at pulling heavy loads. I got the wt because i was afraid i was going to kink my tunnel pulling with the tundra lt.
