What a great turnout today with 3 work parties.

It was a nice late summer Pittsburg with bright sunshine and blue skies in the mid 60's .

First work party was a group from Connecticut who stained the new addition. Thanks to Denise Mottai, Mark Mottai, Kevin Webb, Chris Gauthier and Steven Szafran.

Second work party was to replace the belts on one set of groomer tracks. We didn't quite finish but was a good start. Between 2 'teams' we had to spin bolts a total of 1890 times. There will be an opportunity upcoming to complete the work. Thanks go out to Al Romanowski, John Huff, Pete Castine, Lainie Castine, John Bialek, Kim Bialek, Spencer Landry and Keith Landry. We also had two 'guests' who were hiking the Cohos Trail who helped all day and really enjoyed themselves.

Third work part was to sort the remaining signs before they go back up in a late fall.

I'm happily a member of the Ridge Runners! if I were closer (over 3 hrs away) I'd be right there with a brush and a drill to0! Nice works all.

Come on up next time. There were as many people from Connecticut (5 -6 hours) as there were locals.
