Looking for a Central NY Snowmobile Friendly Lawyer.
The lawyer would not have to be in CNY - but it might help.
I have several legal questions.
At the least I want to set up a non-profit corporation, which if my idea did not work out I would like to be able transfer the non-profit corporation to our local club. (tax savings baby :-)
The Possible but Difficult idea would be to assure a multi-use trail of about 40 miles in CNY for snowmobile usage.
