Went for a day trip yesterday. Started at Swift Diamond Riders lot. Headed up east 143/145. Hit Bosebuck Cabins for lunch/fuel. Sleding was just awesome. We heard that the Pittsburg Ridge Runners had done their last groom and we headed that way. Found they had and it was smooth corn all the way around Pittsburg. Had to stay east and around 1800 ft elevation. As you went down towards Pittsburg you had some thin spots. 20 was OK. Absolutely the best ride of the year as it was a surprise to get such good snow. I would recommend going but trailering to that campgroung lot on Rt 3 past Moose Alley. Here's a pic. Have a good one. It's just about time to put the sleds away and get the boats out for some good times on the lake...
