Sled drags next weekend in Watson, on Sunday the 15. We put some on in Feb, and had 50 sled, and 250 spectators. Prizes mostly just bragging rights, with some hoodies for first, and other prizes donated by local businesses. All proceeds go to our volunteer fire dept. If there is any interest i'll post up directions. Its actually held at my farm. Cost is 5 bucks to get in the door, and another 15 to race. Last time we had 500, 600, 700, 700 mod, 800, 1000, 1000 mod, powderpuff and vintage. Let me know if anyone is interested in coming down for some fun.

From Watson go east on highway 5, turn right (south) Just before the bridge, its the first road going south out of town. Drive about 1 mile south then turn right (west). quarter mile then turn into field. There is signs posted at every turn. And just so everyone knows, this isn't real serious stuff. There is no tech guys pulling peoples sled apart to find out if they are modded, We go on the honor system, and the money is for the Fire Dept, so its pretty much just a donation. Hamburgers and smokies served all day too. I believe that registrations starts at 11:00. Races at 12 or 12:30.
