Flatoba.. Well, I don't see a lot of activity on this Manitoba thread. I'd have to recommend the Duck Mountain National Park. I hear it's hit and miss but the last time I was up there was before we had the thaw and storm. It was looking really good at the time so, I'd think it's even better now.. Get it while the goings good!

Thompson is still good, was out riding tonight, lots of powder left. Just got close to a foot this past weekend after it rained, should still be good for the next week or two hopefully.

Are there any good gravel/sand pit locations?

Its around an hour and fifteen minutes east of Winnipeg.
Once you get there there is a gas station, and you can unload there or you can keep going down the highway for about another mile or mile and a half and theres a turn off that leads into the pits.

Duck Mountain is where it's at. I also love Bird River.
Glass Racing
Turtle Mountains are a great place to ride, the trails in the park are awesome. Short ride to get into the US or Saskatchewan and cheap cabin rentals at the resort.

Ya, I really like trailering to Grand Beach or Lac Dubonnet and riding to Bird River/ Bird Lake for lunch and back. so good.
