my 09 was blowing belts (3 in 410 miles). they said nothing is wrong with it and we can sell you more belts if you want. so i took it right over to brothers and they said ya we know whats wrong. we have had numerous sleds this year with sticky arms and to tight of main bushing. they fix it right there and handed me 3 new belts. thank you brothers and F U power lodge.
also when i picked my sled up new from the power lodge the shocks where up side down, drive belt was on backwards, some tools where just laying below the clutches, and the bars where so loose my 3 yr old pulled them down when she was playing on the sled. this shop is a serious joke

I have had nothing but great service and results from the power lodge, sorry your experience did not turn out that well, they doo have a younger mech there, but also the head mech(greg) is very good at ski doo and he is realy nice to deal with. They are also new to having ski doo, maybe had them going on 2 years or 3 not sure.
Take it easy on the dealer bashing, never know some

day yuou might need them

thats right they have some young mech there that did my set up. maybe get someone qualified. greg was the one that did the service when i brang it back. not much better
one other thing the power lodge needs customers more then the customers need a "edit for bad language"ty dealer. my friend had worse service with his assault then me at the brainerd store. his handle bars where still laying on the seat when they tried to put it in the back of his truck

Blu Du, I am with you.....you gotta tell it how it is, good or bad. I have no personal experience with the power shop but I want to know where to go and where not to go when I need assistance......
