Fairly new home with deeded access to Akers Pond, Errol, NH. In 2003 I put a snowmobile on the concrete and built the home around it. 14 foot garage ceiling, vertical lift doors with drive through sled/atv bays, intergrated ventilation fans rigged with the remote doors, 32X32 4 story (includes cupula over looking the pond), firemans pole from the master BR to the sled bay, dumb waiter for the beer and groceries, 3 bedroom, 3 bath w/J-tub to adjoining Master BDRM. Standing seam metal roof, no shovling, can even RIDE THE ROOF in good snow years. Kitchen is temporary as this is the last room to get finished.

Ideally, looking for couple with young family (we have an 8 & 9 year old) to co-own the place with, pay half of these........taxes 1200/yr, heat 2000/yr, electricity 1000/yr. Plowing 20 bucks a storm and other misc. costs like sat. Not sure what the buy-in would be but your name would be on the deed as well. Currently we use it 3-4 weeks a year and at least a day or two every other week (midweek mostly accept holiday's which could be shared) Last appraised at 200-230K a few years back.

Send inquiry's to dnsbilodeau@cs.com, no drugs, no smokers, no sex offenders smile.gif Extra credit for riders wanting to play in the pow.

1 minute by car or snowmobile, heading west, when you pass Phil and Le-ann's Inn the next right turn is Bean Rd., first left on Akers E., 1st driveway on the right.....40 Akers E., less than 2300 feet away as a crow fly's....Dan

WOW! That's sounds like quite the opportunity for the right people. I'll ask my husband, but he'll most likely laugh in my face biggrin.gif
Do you ever rent it for a week or two?

No we havn't rented it other than family and friends use the home. Mostly because the house is new construction and some parts of the upper floors are not finished, mostly the kitichen. We have a fridge, micro, cook stove, toaster oven, wash sink etc., but have not laid the tile, cabinets, island, countertops and finished appliances yet. The wiring and low voltage, like the alarm system and satelite are fully operational but still have some sheetrock and trim work to complete. In addition, the cathedral ceiling area, catwalk, and custom spiral staircase needs the finished log trim work to be done. The interior will have the "log home, lindel ceder" look, while the exterior has been constructed with materials completely maintenance free.
