i have a 1996 formula 3 600 rebuilt the engine idols fine have had the carbs set and synced at shop suppose they did a good job"? sparks good, compression is good will not achieve high rpm i was told it could be the check valve in the tank??if any one has the complete set up for the carbs including detailed instructions on syncronizng them could you mail me backflashh@msn.com
