Here is the 10 tooth driver diameter.

200.5 mm or 7.8 inches

The 2005 Mach Z had two different Monoblocks and bore sizes. There was an A and B block. The block is marked by a stamp in the Monoblock tabs just below and to the outside of each of the exhaust exit ports.
