Here is the Info..
Pm Dootalker Rangelec or email him at rangelec@lcp2.net part numbers are UP-4245
This will give you the Unifilters for the MachZ or RT1000. (incase anyone with a different sled is in the market)
INSTALLATION
Now my suggestion is to use the inner and outer airbox with this setup and also to gut the outer airbox and you have to gut the inner airbox to get the Unifilters to fit. There are some people that use these filters without the airbox installed and have not done any other mods but I have no experience with this...If you are interested in the install without the airbox then hopefully the fellow Dootalker with that setup will pos ton this topic.
anyway here is the install
The pictures I am going to use are from 1Gunner thank you 1Gunner for your pics..
1. First you want to remove your clutch cover and your secondary clutch.
2. you want to unplug your air temp sensor from the box here:

3. Next to pull off your inner air box. You want to push down on the little tab near the bottom of the air box just enough so that the airbox will slide right out. Then you will end up with this.

4. On the picture above you can see the seam down the middle of the box where you will need to take apart in order to remove this from the airbox

5. The best way to take the box apart is to heat the seam up a bit ether with a hairdry or something else. Then use a bent flat head screw driver in order to pry open (I used a non-bent one but a bent one will work best). Here you have to becareful these tabs are brittle and may break on you...(I broke one)

This is what it looks like when seperated. Remove the inner part and clean your box inside. Now after that alot of people snapped the airbox back together. Not me, I found it was alot easier to install the airbox over the filters one half at a time so I left them apart. (you will see what I mean further down)(Picture is of them snapped back together)

6. Now to remove the rest from your throttle bodies. There are 1 screw on each donut. use a fairly long phillips screw driver to loosen them and then you can remove the whole assembly like this

For anyone that seen this here is the full picture

7. Once that piece is removed you have to remove the donuts from the plastic piece and then install the unifilters. make sure you use the OEM clamps from the donuts and not the Unifilter clamps. The OEM ones are alot smaller and fit alot better.

8. Now is a good time to look at your throttle bodies and see if they should be taken off and cleaned. If they look like this:

CLEAN THEM AND YOUR REEDS (next topic will be how to do this)
9. After you clean them or if they are good then fine, it is time to install the filters and plastic piece to the throttle bodies. Make sure you offset the clamps like so

Now this is what they look like installed. I used a bit of WD40 so the Filters would slide on alot better and 1Gunner used some silicon spray...use what you like, but they did slide on alot better.

10. Now comes the fun part. installing the airbox over top of these things. Dont listen to anyone, these are a PITA to install. The first one is easy but the inside one is the hardest. After the first one is installed it will look like this: (also take note that the airbox slides into the plastic piece you have the filters installed in. There is a little groove there)

(Again I installed one side at a time.) Then to install the other side you need a long ruler or something long and really flat. Also smooth so you dont tear up the filter. (these Filters are extremely durable, but still be careful) try to get your hand behind the airbox and squish the inside filter down as much as you can, then slide the ruler or what ever under the airbox and over the filter then just keep pushing the airbox in and over the inside filter until you have it. (I got the first bit of the inside filter under the box and then just basically jammed the box and pulled on the filter, but again be careful not to damage the filter. (Also make sure that the airbox is still lined up with the plastic piece the filters are installed in. Once you are this far you will figure something out that works for you hopfully.
11. Then install the other side of the airbox and make sure all the tabs snap together and you good to go.

now reinstall your secondary clutch and for those who do not know you torque your secondary clutch bolt to 17 lb/ft that is ft not inches. and reinstall your air temp sensor plug and then your clutch cover and your good to go.
If you start your sled and the engine light is blinking then you have not installed your air sensor correctly.
This concludes the Install of UniFilters.
thanks again 1Gunner for the great pictures
